Will my insurance premium go up after the claim?
Hail claims are comprehensive, which means they are NOT your fault and will NOT raise your premiums. Unfortunately, after a significant storm, we see an increase in overall premiums for all auto policies in the affected area because insurance companies must recoup financial losses from significant payouts in the area, regardless of whether policyholders filed claims.
Do you offer Free Damage Evaluation?
Yes, a free damage evaluation and consultation takes approximately 10-15 minutes. We will inform you of the extent of the damage, whether painting is required for repair, and how long the process is expected to take. In circumstances when the damage is severe and whole-body painting is required, we may direct you to a reputable body shop. However, we do NOT issue formal estimates to clients; instead, we send them directly to insurance companies, where clients may request a copy of a finalized repair estimate.
What if my insurance quote is low while yours is higher?
Insurance companies frequently issue low initial estimates for auto hail repairs because they do NOT perform extensive inspections and have little incentive to do so. However, your comprehensive insurance coverage will cover the entire cost of hail damage. We will negotiate with your insurance provider on your behalf to guarantee that any necessary repairs are fully covered. Hail damage evaluations are subjective, and insurers frequently underestimate their value. We can address these differences and restore your vehicle to its pre-loss condition with our paintless dent removal procedure. Do NOT attempt to find a shop that will perform the repair for the initial insurance valuation. Find a reputable shop that will properly restore your vehicle and work directly with your insurance company.
What is Paintless Dent Repair (PDR)?
Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) is also known as Paintless Dent Removal. It’s a technique for repairing dents on cars without having to repaint the affected region. Instead of typical bodywork, PDR uses specialized tools to gently massage the dented metal back to its original shape from under the panel. This procedure is useful for smaller dents with undamaged paint, preserving the vehicle’s original finish and frequently resulting in a faster and less expensive repair than traditional methods.
